History
The Farm Fratelli d’Addario is known to all as “Colle Rampo” .
Situated between Paliano, former agricultural center of Ciociaria, and Colleferro, a small industrial town, located a few kilometers away from Rome, the Company develops for about 100 hectares, with pastures, woods, rolling vineyards and cultures.
Inside it is located a small village (end ‘800), currently used as the center of the company’s activities, a renovated farmhouse (called “I Fiori”) with three apartments (respectively “Girasoli”, “Mirtilli” and “Le Rose”) and the house “Donna Marianna “, also recently renovated.
The whole company, limited by the river Sacco and the stream “La Sanguinara”, is crossed by easy tracks, ideal for long walks, mountain biking, or horseback.
Near “Colle Rampo” are resorts such as Fiuggi, known for its thermal spas and its path of Golf, one of the most famous and oldest in Italy, several locations with high historical value such as Anagni, Palestrina, Artena, Trisulti and ski resorts such as Campo Catino and Campo Staffi.
Always in the immediate vicinity are the nature reserves of the Circeo and Paliano ( “La Selva”), the lakes Canterno and Posta Fibreno, the caves of Collepardo and Pastrena, the island falls Liri and Trevi and the source of Antullo
The area is also renowned for its good food. Near Colle Rampo are in fact some of the best restaurants in Italy and Lazio “Antonello Colonna” in Labico, “Le Colline Ciociare” in Acuto, “Elle et Lui” in Valmontone.
